Job description

  • Generate actionable insights by applying advanced statistical concepts and analytical techniques (e.g., root cause, exploratory, sensitivity, and scenario analysis)
  • Independently tackle complex and ambiguous business problems, applying critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Merge, cleanse, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Design and develop structured datasets and advanced logic to support analysis
  • Partner with business leaders to understand key drivers and align analysis to strategic priorities
  • Lead and execute analytics projects end-to-end, proactively addressing risks and barriers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define problems, recommend solutions, and deliver insights
  • Communicate findings through clear, compelling storytelling, tailored to senior and executive audiences
  • Validate and pressure-test analysis to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business relevance
  • Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert in data and analytics
  • Mentor team members and help elevate the team's analytical capabilities and best practices

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision-making. You'll combine technical expertise, business acumen, and storytelling to transform complex data into meaningful insights that guide priorities and deliver measurable business impact. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse datasets, collaborate with leaders, and drive initiatives that shape the direction of the firm.

If you're passionate about analytics, problem-solving, and making an impact through data, this role is for you., * 5+ years of experience in a relevant analytics role

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Data Science preferred; relevant experience considered). Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working with database and file storage systems (Oracle, Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks)
  • 5+ years of experience using data manipulation and analysis languages (SQL, Python, R)
  • 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data and delivering data-driven insights
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and systems thinking skills
  • Advanced experience with statistical concepts and analytical techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), * Experience with Databricks and Snowflake
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive leadership through data storytelling
  • Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-level environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into business-friendly insights
  • Experience mentoring others and contributing to team development
