Program Manager - Infrastructure Sourcing Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to support day-to-day sourcing operations across strategic hardware component supply chains, including DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU.

This role will help manage sourcing execution, purchase order operations, invoice resolution, contract record maintenance, component tracking, NPI support, dashboard creation, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Issue, manage, and track purchase orders across hardware component categories including DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, purchase order mismatches, and related transactional issues.
• Upload, organize, and maintain contract records in business systems.
• Create and manage part numbers, BOM updates, end-of-life notices, and rebate tracking.
• Support New Product Introduction operations, including sample forecasting, sample material management, and supply escalations.
• Build and maintain dashboards for supply visibility, purchase order status, program tracking, and operational reporting.
• Identify manual workflows and automate them using AI tools, scripts, dashboards, or workflow automation solutions.
• Partner with sourcing, supply chain, finance, operations, and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and drive execution.
• Track operational tasks, follow up on open items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Improve existing processes to increase visibility, reduce manual work, and support scalable sourcing operations.

• Experience supporting sourcing operations, supply chain operations, procurement operations, program management, or related business operations functions.
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, contracts, part numbers, BOMs, or similar operational workflows.
• Dashboarding experience using Tableau, AppSheet, or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to build automations, scripts, workflows, or process improvements.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to jump in, take ownership, and drive tasks end-to-end.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with transactional data, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and component records.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills., * Prior supply chain or sourcing experience in technology, hardware, infrastructure, semiconductor, server, storage, or data center environments.
• Experience working with hardware component categories such as DRAM, SSD, HDD, CPU, memory, storage, or compute hardware.
• SQL or basic Python experience.
• Experience supporting NPI operations, sample forecasting, sample material management, supply escalations, EOL notices, or rebate tracking.
• Ability to quickly ramp up on new business systems, tools, and operational processes.
• Experience building dashboards, automations, or workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility.
