Job description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Network Infrastructure & Lab Services team, supporting large-scale engineering lab and data center network deployments. This role will drive cross-functional programs that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of network infrastructure delivery across global regions., * Lead end-to-end network deployment programs from planning through execution and post-deployment validation
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate infrastructure deployments across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
- Drive task management, backlog prioritization, reporting, and workflow governance using Jira, Asana, or similar tools
- Partner with network engineering, data center operations, facilities, and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery
- Develop SOPs, deployment playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support strategic programs involving network security, compliance, patch management, operational tooling, and next-generation network technologies
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in networking, infrastructure, data center, or lab environments
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
Technical Knowledge:
- Data Center Spine-Leaf Architectures
- BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN
- IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP/DHCPv6
- Network Monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, gNMI)
- Network Security Fundamentals (MACsec, IPsec, 802.1X, RADIUS, Firewalls)
- QoS, NAT/NAT64, ECMP Redundancy Concepts
