- Provide technical support for both Windows and Mac operating systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
- Manage patching, hardware/software updates, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security
- Handle Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation, and adherence to SLA expectations
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions
- Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services, including user setup, troubleshooting, and configuration
- Maintain and apply Group Policy and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and generate reports as needed
- Provide onsite, high-touch support for executives and leadership, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to resolve technical issues and provide updates
Requirements
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong cross-platform expertise and excellent communication skills to support end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on technical troubleshooting, strong documentation practices, and the ability to provide white-glove support to leadership and staff., * Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments in a corporate setting
- Hands-on experience with patch management, system updates, and endpoint maintenance
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong understanding of Group Policy and device management (MDM)
- Experience using ticketing systems and managing service requests within SLAs
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with leadership, A proactive and professional IT support specialist who combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of supporting both everyday users and executive leadership in an onsite environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
