Operations Apple IPad Virtualization Desktop Support Resourcefulness Active Directory Technical Issues Device Management Peripheral Devices Business Valuation Cisco Voice Over IP Microsoft Windows 10 Smartphone Operation Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Critical Illness Insurance Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), * Provide desk-side support for Windows 10 workstations in a networked environment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, applications, printers, peripherals, and TCP/IP connectivity
  • Configure, support, and maintain mobile devices including iPhones, Android devices, and iPads (setup, synchronization, troubleshooting)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and connected devices
  • Support and maintain printer and peripheral functionality across the organization
  • Work across multiple infrastructure layers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex problems as needed, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Requirements

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and application environments
  • Experience providing desk-side support for Windows 10 systems in a corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting mobile devices across Apple and Android platforms
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and manage diverse technical issues, * Experience with Active Directory (user and device management)
  • Familiarity with Cisco VoIP systems
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware
  • Broad infrastructure knowledge with the ability to support across multiple technical domains

Benefits & conditions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davidson, NC. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
