Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in VMware, enterprise storage, and Microsoft Office 365 to support and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for administering virtual environments, managing storage systems, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of core infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and the ability to work across server, cloud, and end-user environments.Key Responsibilities:Administer, maintain, and optimize VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machinesManage and support enterprise storage platforms, including provisioning, performance monitoring, backups, and capacity planningAdminister Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user account managementMonitor system performance, availability, and security across infrastructure platformsPerform system upgrades, patching, migrations, and hardware/software lifecycle managementTroubleshoot issues related to virtualization, storage, backups, and Microsoft 365 servicesSupport disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategiesCollaborate with network, security, and desktop support teams on infrastructure-related initiativesMaintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating proceduresParticipate in on-call support and respond to critical infrastructure incidents as needed
