You will play a key role in defining frontend standards, driving technical direction, and influencing how teams build and scale user-facing systems across the platform. What You'll Do Lead the design and development of scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript) Develop data-rich interfaces that visualize system state, workflows, and platform activity Collaborate with backend teams to define and consume APIs (REST, GraphQL) Define and evolve frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and component design Drive development of reusable UI components and design systems that support consistency across the platform Work closely with product and design to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive user experiences Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance issues, especially in data-heavy or real-time interfaces Drive technical decisions and influence frontend direction across teams working on the platform Drive improvements in frontend development practices, testing, and CI/CD workflows
