Job description

  • Identify and provide technical support to users for hardware and software related problems.
  • Proficient in installation, troubleshooting problems/errors and support for Windows 11, MacOS and MS Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting iPhone and Android phone OS related issues.
  • Provide support for printers, AV and conference rooms at the office.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Service-Now ticketing desks.
  • Monitor and respond to requests received through the help desk.
  • Perform break-fix support for laptops and docks/peripherals in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain office hardware inventory.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an IT technician.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot variety of technical issues related to Windows, networking, MS Office suite, Mac, iPhone and Android OS.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills in English.
  • Be approachable and openly communicable with other employees at the office and senior management.
  • Ability to patiently provide verbal and written technical help to end users.
  • Be able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • College/BSc degree in Information Technology, Comp Sci or relevant field.
  • Bachelors would be preferred but a computing degree is a must.
