Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Change Management Lead to champion enterprise transformation initiatives and drive meaningful adoption across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence large-scale programs at the intersection of business transformation, compliance, and cybersecurity evolution. You will initially play a critical role in supporting a compliance assessment program focused on vital business systems. As the program evolves, you will help lead the next phase-advancing enterprise cybersecurity maturity, ensuring the organization is both resilient and future-ready. This is a full-time, hybrid contract role (4 days onsite in Davidson, NC and 1 remote day), with an expected duration of 12-18 months. You will collaborate closely with a high-caliber team within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, working alongside seasoned professionals to deliver impactful change.
What You'll Do As a Change Management Lead, you will be the driving force behind successful transformation by focusing on the human side of change ensuring people are informed, prepared, and empowered. You will:
- Translate complex changes in systems, processes, and technology into clear, actionable strategies that drive adoption
- Partner across matrixed teams of business leaders, IT professionals, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution
- Develop and deliver tailored change strategies, communication plans, and engagement tactics
- Act as a trusted coach to senior leaders and executives, enabling them to lead effectively as change sponsors
- Drive outcomes such as high user adoption, increased ROI, and sustainable value realization
Your Impact
- Design and execute comprehensive change strategies aligned with large-scale IT initiatives
- Craft compelling communications and narratives that resonate across all levels of the organization
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities
- Enable effective training strategies and learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences
- Monitor progress through adoption metrics, success indicators, and feedback loops
- Anticipate and address resistance, turning challenges into opportunities for engagement
- Embed change seamlessly into project delivery frameworks and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and sustained success
Requirements

- Demonstrated success leading change management for large-scale IT initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and the human adoption journey

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- A natural ability to navigate ambiguity, influence outcomes, and drive alignment
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset with strong ownership
- Strategic thinking coupled with hands-on execution and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across all organizational levels, from front-line teams to executive leadership
- Required: Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)

Pay Range*: $65.00 - $71.50 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
