IAM / SSO & Java Engineer

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior IAM / SSO & Java Engineer (m/f/d) responsible for providing advanced support and developments for an identity, authentication and federation platform in a critical environment.

Your mission

• Provide N3 support on IAM / SSO solutions and handle complex incidents related to authentication, identity federation and MFA.
• Analyse SAML flows, identify root causes of malfunctions and implement corrections until validated in production.
• Work on existing Java code to fix bugs, adapt certain application processes and support technical evolutions of the platform.
• Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines, contribute to deployment automation and secure build, integration and production processes.
• Participate in platform evolution projects, notably strengthening authentication, integrating new federation services and managing technical obsolescence.

• Higher education in IT with 8+ years of experience in IAM / SSO environments, ideally in critical or highly secure contexts.
• Very good knowledge of IAM, SSO, SAML 2.0, identity federation and MFA mechanisms; experience with PingAM or an equivalent solution is an asset.
• Good level in Java allowing reading, understanding and modifying existing code for support and development activities.
• Proven experience with CI/CD environments, Git, GoCD or equivalent tools, as well as deployment automation.
• Good knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory directories and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, autonomy, service orientation, pragmatic problem-solving approach and minimum C1 level in French required.
