Data Engineer

Develop and operate robust ETL pipelines using Matillion, supported by Infrastructure as Code and Ansible Implement AWS Lambda functions for customized data solutions beyond standard ETL capabilities Integrate diverse data sources and APIs to centralize enterprise data Design sustainable and scalable data models and complex SQL queries for business use cases Manage master data to ensure accurate consolidation and consistency across systems Operate and optimize the data warehouse infrastructure (Matillion, Redshift, Tableau) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and share knowledge via presentations and documentation

3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and ETL, ideally with Redshift and Matillion Python skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code and Ansible Solid AWS knowledge across S3, Redshift, and Lambda, including cloud optimization Advanced SQL and data modeling capabilities with a focus on scalability and performance Experience with data streaming ( , Apache Kafka) and integrating diverse APIs and data sources Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Tableau, to make complex data accessible to business stakeholders Strong business understanding combined with structured analytical thinking - you translate requirements into technical solutions, ask the right questions, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions Proactive and hands-on communicator who bridges the gap between data and decision-makers Fluent in English, German is a plus
