Job description
On behalf of our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an ICT Service Manager (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, quality, and continuous improvement of IT services during the operational phase.
Your mission
- Ensure the quality, availability, and performance of IT services
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
- Coordinate the activities of contributing teams within support and operations, without direct hierarchical management
- Manage incident, problem, and change management in an ITSM environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service management processes and tools, notably via Jira, ITIL, Kanban, and Agile practices
Requirements
- Proven experience of over 5 years in managing or coordinating IT services in an operational / RUN environment
- Good command of ITSM practices and the ITIL framework
- Experience in monitoring incidents, problems, changes, SLAs, and service indicators
- Good knowledge of Jira and ease working in a Kanban and Agile structured environment
- Excellent command of French and conversational level (B2) in English.
- Service orientation, rigour, coordination skills, and good analytical ability
