• Participate in cloud transformation projects and managed services., To strengthen our Evolve Business Unit dedicated to Microsoft Cloud solutions, we are looking for an Azure & M365 Cloud Engineer to support our clients in the evolution, operation, and security of their cloud environments.

This position offers varied activities around Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies, within a specialised and passionate team. You will work on both cloud transformation projects and the managed operation of our clients' infrastructures in French-speaking Switzerland.

What we expect from you:

Azure Cloud Projects (Evolve Cloud):

• Participate in analysing client needs and technical scoping workshops
• Deploy and maintain Azure infrastructures (VM, network, storage, backup, security)
• Implement Azure PaaS services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, AKS, etc.)
• Contribute to automated deployments via Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform)
• Write technical documentation, procedures, and test plans
• Participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the Evolve Cloud offerings

Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace:

• Deploy and administer Microsoft 365 services: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage workstations via Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Implement security and compliance policies (Conditional Access, Defender, DLP, Purview)
• Participate in migration projects to Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Support users and clients in adopting Microsoft 365 solutions

Managed Operation / MSP:

• Handle N2/N3 incidents related to Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Analyse logs and ensure monitoring via Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Contribute to the knowledge base and continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cyberdefence teams during complex incidents
• Participate in planned maintenance interventions according to client SLAs

• Experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructures required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills needed.

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in IT or a Bachelor's degree (HES/HEG) in IT, systems, or networks (or equivalent qualification)
• 2 to 5 years' experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, Cloud infrastructures, or MSP depending on the targeted level
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS / PaaS), Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Cloud security concepts
• Knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform or Bicep) is an asset
• Strong analytical, communication, and simplification skills
• Strong team spirit, client orientation, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• You are methodical, rigorous, organised, and proactive
• Fluency in French with good knowledge of English
• Required mobility: category B driving licence and availability for travel within French-speaking Switzerland
