Your main responsibilities will be: Doing the daily maintenance and support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including troubleshooting, guiding users to report issues accurately, and continuously optimizing system functionality. Monitoring system performance, promptly identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and stability. Providing second- and third-level technical support and responding quickly to critical issues related to the WMS. Conducting root cause analysis, preparing incident reports, and proposing solutions to mitigate system failures and reduce downtime. Assisting in integrating and interfacing the WMS with other business systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, OMS). Optimizing system log analysis and monitoring methods; improving operational processes and standardizing documentation. Requirements

Your profile and qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field. High level of English, minimum B2. Native Chinese is preferred. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation, support or configuration. Must be familiar with SAP EWM as an extension of WM.
