Manager, Workday Adaptive Planning Functional Lead, Technology & Transformation

We are seeking experienced Adaptive Planning Functional Leads to drive end-to-end client engagements, leading design workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality Adaptive Planning solutions across Finance and Workforce planning domains.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering Workday Adaptive Planning implementations (must-have)
• Strong ability to lead client workshops independently, including requirement gathering and solution design
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional configurations within Adaptive Planning
• Solid understanding of Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience working with Finance and HR stakeholders across planning processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
• Ability to present solutions clearly and professionally to both business and technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• High level of professionalism and client-facing consulting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to Adaptive Planning integrations, including how Adaptive connects with ERP, HR, and other enterprise systems
• Experience in Workforce Planning solutions and use cases
• Understanding of end-to-end planning processes across finance and operational domains
• Experience supporting or delivering multi-system transformation programmes
