Job description

As a Helpdesk Operator, you'll be the central point of contact for clients, contractors, and engineers-ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally., * Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Logging service requests accurately onto the helpdesk system
  • Coordinating engineers, contractors, and suppliers to schedule works
  • Monitoring job progress and providing timely client updates
  • Resolving queries quickly and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications and actions
