Job description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the business. You will analyse trends, build reports, and work closely with stakeholders to improve performance and inform strategy., * Extract, clean, and prepare data using SQL and other tools

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI)
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support experiments and A/B testing, including analysing results
  • Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies
  • Document data definitions and ensure best practice usage
  • Assist with ad hoc and deep-dive analysis to answer business questions

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Essential

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with data visualisation tools
  • Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences

Desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics or a related field
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts (e.g. AWS, Git)
  • Awareness of the gambling or regulated sector
