Job description
Client is seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician I to provide on-site technical support for end users and IT infrastructure operations. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop systems, managing IT equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT service delivery within the organization., * Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
- Support Microsoft Office 365, email systems, and Active Directory user accounts
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets promptly
- Perform hardware setup, imaging, deployment, and equipment replacement activities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and access support
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary
- Support conference room technology, remote access tools, and VPN connectivity
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end users
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 1-3 years of IT support or service desk experience
- Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Familiarity with hardware installation, imaging, and software deployment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management
- Basic networking and cloud support knowledge
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
