Microsoft 365 Developer

SDA Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support a federal program in Suffolk, VA. This onsite role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing business solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom applications, automating business processes, integrating data sources, and developing solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making., Design and build business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Create and manage automated workflows to improve operational efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Integrate data from multiple sources using Power Query and other tools Analyze, interpret, and standardize datasets to support business and mission needs Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Support database design, data management, and data engineering activities Ensure compliance with security and organizational policies Provide technical support, training, and documentation for developed solutions

Active Secret Clearance (required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience developing business applications, workflow automation solutions, or data-driven applications using Microsoft technologies At least 2 years of experience designing and developing solutions in Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI) Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms Experience integrating and managing data from multiple sources Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting government clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Power FX for advanced application functionality Experience with data engineering and database management Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government environments Microsoft Power Platform certifications, Must be able to maintain the required Secret security clearance Must be authorized to work in the United States
