Data Analyst II

Analyzes quality data and post-market surveillance information (e.g., complaints, events, product performance) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develops and maintains datasets, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making and communicate key findings to stakeholders. Collaborates cross-functionally to define data needs, deliver analytics solutions, and drive product performance initiatives using existing and emerging tools. Ensures data integrity and compliance with quality systems, contributing to analytics strategy, process improvements, and overall business value.

• BS degree
• 3+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, and problem solving within a technical field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking & data analysis capabilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field
• Experience within Medical Device industry
• Experience with Medical Device Quality data (e.g. complaints, product trending)
• Experience in project/program initiatives to implement data tools
• Experience with one or more of the following tools: PowerBI, SQL
