Job description
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system: Dtools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, improve Dtools processes, and ensure the system supports the organization's sales and quoting needs effectively., * Conduct analysis of business processes and requirements to ensure effective CPQ system design and functionality.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for system configuration.

Configure and maintain Dtools components, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates.

Assist with the implementation of new features and updates to enhance system performance and user experience.

Assist with the development and execution of test plans to ensure Dtools meets functional and performance requirements.

Identify and resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner.

Analyze existing Dtools processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Dtools.

Act as user support in setting up accounts, resolving user feedback issues related to all aspects of Dtools (pricing, product application, configuration rules, etc).

Manage Dtools related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Facilitate communication between product technical teams and web applications developers to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of CPQ requirements.

Prepare and present reports on system performance and project progress to management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * CMCO Conveyance product, conveyor application and product pricing knowledge through experience or hands-on training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence with technical documentation software and tools.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in written materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and logistics.
- Competence with CPQ system tools and technologies., * Associates degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in CPQ system administration, configuration, or analysis preferred.
- Experience with CPQ software (Driveworks) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
