Job description

Design and implement scalable data architectures to support advanced analytics and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.

Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration strategies.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data platforms.

Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture.

Mentor junior data professionals and lead data governance initiatives.

Document data architecture designs and maintain technical specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Strong understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) are advantageous.

Must be a U.S. Citizen - Clearance preferred
