Job description
The ERP Trainer - HRMS/Payroll Suite is responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and other HRMS functions. The trainer works closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure users understand and effectively utilize ERP capabilities., * Design and deliver ERP HRMS and Payroll training programs.
- Conduct instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hands-on system training.
- Demonstrate HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and employee self-service functionality.
- Develop training guides, user manuals, quick-reference materials, and learning aids.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and answer participant questions.
- Support organizational change management and ERP adoption efforts.
- Assess training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.
- Maintain training environments and learning materials.
- Assist with ERP implementation, upgrades, and rollout activities.
- Provide post-training support and user assistance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, * Training and instructional design
- HRMS/HCM and Payroll business process knowledge
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- End-user support and customer service
- Training documentation development
- Change management and user adoption, * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Experience training ERP HRMS/HCM users
- Familiarity with Oracle web-based ERP applications
- Ability to facilitate classroom sessions with 10-12 participants
- Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll system implementations
