Provide research and development support to evolve cryptographic modernization and key management policies and procedures.

Conduct assessments and evaluations of cryptographic modernization policies, specifically considering the transition to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).

Analyze impacts of National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and OMB guidance to ensure alignment with digital modernization objectives.

Develop executive-level briefings, reports, technical analyses, and decision papers.

Produce research summaries and recommendations for senior leadership.

Support preparation of monthly status reports, white papers, and technical deliverables.

Present findings to Government leadership and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Expereince in:
- 5 years of cybersecurity, information assurance, cryptography, or systems engineering experience.
- Experience supporting Federal Government, DoD, Intelligence Community, or National Security programs.
- Experience developing technical analyses, policy recommendations, or cybersecurity documentation.
