IT Service Delivery Technician

Seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician I to provide first-level technical support, deploy IT equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support daily IT operations., * Provide Help Desk support and manage tickets in ServiceNow.

• Deploy, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
• Assist with Intune device management and endpoint deployments.
• Support Cisco VoIP and basic networking technologies.
• Maintain IT assets, hardware/software inventories, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams on upgrades, projects, and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Do you have experience in Desktop support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 1-3 years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience.

• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Associate Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Preferred

• ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and IT asset management., * Associate (Preferred), * Desktop support: 1 year (Required)
