Job description

We are a stable East Texas manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Business Applications Developer to help support and improve internal software, ERP integrations, automation, and cloud systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems and wants exposure to application development, Azure, system integrations, and operational IT - not just coding in a silo.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow technically while enjoying the lower stress and quality of life East Texas offers compared to larger metro markets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain internal .NET applications
  • Build integrations with ERP and business systems
  • Work with APIs, SQL, JSON, and automation processes
  • Support Azure-based applications and services
  • Troubleshoot real-world operational and manufacturing issues
  • Collaborate with IT and business users across the company

Requirements

Do you have experience in VB.NET?, Looking for a developer role with broader experience than a typical corporate programming job?, * Experience with .NET development

  • Basic understanding of web applications and databases
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Someone who enjoys broad technical exposure instead of highly specialized work

Experience with manufacturing systems, ERP integrations, or Azure is a plus but not required.
