Job description

Implement and support infrastructure for AI model inference under the guidance of senior engineers

  • Contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of production AI services and applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and autonomous agents
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for AI services and platform components
  • Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
  • Support the deployment, hosting, and lifecycle management of AI models in production environments.
  • Help ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of AI platform components
  • Apply established security best practices to AI systems, infrastructure, and data
  • Work effectively within ambiguous problem spaces while developing structured, maintainable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)

  • 3 years of experience in software development
  • Experience contributing to production software systems and services
  • Familiarity with distributed or high-volume web application architectures
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical requirements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Salary range: $115,000 - $160,000 Disclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc
