Senior Enterprise IT Project Manager

• Lead enterprise IT project execution across the full lifecycle (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control)
• Coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and PMO leadership
• Manage dependencies across:
• Data & integrations
• Applications & infrastructure
• Testing & technical readiness
• Translate technical challenges into clear executive-level status, risks, and action plans
• Drive accountability across teams without requiring constant oversight
• Support ERP modernization efforts (Oracle * SAP S/4HANA environment)

Do you have experience in Managing projects?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Senior-level experience managing complex enterprise IT programs

• Proven ability to operate in a structured PMO with executive reporting
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems (data, integrations, infrastructure, applications)
• Experience coordinating across vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution independently
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, * Bachelor's degree + 12+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
• Full lifecycle IT project management experience
• Experience with ERP implementation, migration, or modernization
• Background working in complex, highly integrated IT environments
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DOE Q clearance if required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA or Oracle-to-SAP transformation experience
• ERP technical workstreams (data migration, integrations, reporting, infrastructure)
• Experience with:
• APIs, integrations, and system dependencies
• Data platforms (Databricks, SAP Business Data Cloud)
• Testing coordination and technical readiness
• PMO governance, executive reporting, and project controls
• Vendor/system integrator management across concurrent deliverables
• Experience in federal, regulated, or security-sensitive environments

Certifications

• PMP (preferred)
• Technical certifications (valuable if paired with real delivery experience)
• Agile certifications are a plus, but not a substitute for enterprise IT delivery experience, * Have you led an ERP implementation or modernization? What was your role?
• Do you have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience?
• What experience do you have with SAP, Oracle, or Oracle-to-SAP transformations?
• How have you managed technical dependencies across data, integrations, or infrastructure?
• Have you worked in a PMO environment with executive reporting?
• This role may require eligibility for a DOE Q clearance in the future.

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to pass a federal background investigation, with no current or future need for visa sponsorship, and willing to complete the clearance process if required?

• Do you have any technical certifications relevant to enterprise IT, ERP, cloud, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or applications )a plus)?
• Are you a Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master (a plus)>
• This is a Hybrid role - HOWEVER, there are periodic onsite support required at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Are you willing and able to meet this requirement?
