Salesforce Developer / Administrator (Sales Cloud)

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using best practices
• Gather requirements and collaborate with business and technical teams
• Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs
• Develop and support integrations with third-party systems
• Manage user access, security, data quality, and platform administration
• Support CI/CD processes, deployments, releases, and production support
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and platform governance standards

• 7-10 years of Salesforce development, administration, and declarative configuration experience
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and SOQL
• Strong understanding of declarative-first design and when to use declarative vs. programmatic solutions
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD deployments
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, automation, reporting, and dashboards
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong stakeholder communication skills, * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer)
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft
• Experience with AppExchange applications and managed packages
• Knowledge of data modeling and data migration best practices
• Background in C#, .NET, Web API, or other Microsoft technologies is a plus
