Job description
- Analyzing customer complaints and post-market data to identify trends and potential product issues
- Monitoring product performance and quality metrics
- Creating recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into dashboards and reports
- Developing and improving analytics tools and reporting processes
- Supporting data-driven decisions across Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements while supporting patient safety

Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, * 3+ years of data analytics or reporting experience in a technical environment
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry
- Experience working with quality, complaint, post-market surveillance, or product performance data
- Experience implementing analytics tools, reporting solutions, or data programs
Technical Skills
- Power BI and/or SQL
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, dashboards, complex formulas)
- Data visualization and reporting
- Data analysis and trend identification
