Job description

  • Analyzing customer complaints and post-market data to identify trends and potential product issues
  • Monitoring product performance and quality metrics
  • Creating recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into dashboards and reports
  • Developing and improving analytics tools and reporting processes
  • Supporting data-driven decisions across Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements while supporting patient safety

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, * 3+ years of data analytics or reporting experience in a technical environment

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry
  • Experience working with quality, complaint, post-market surveillance, or product performance data
  • Experience implementing analytics tools, reporting solutions, or data programs

Technical Skills

  • Power BI and/or SQL
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, dashboards, complex formulas)
  • Data visualization and reporting
  • Data analysis and trend identification
