Job description
Results Title is a title insurance and settlement-services company, and our IT team keeps the technology behind every closing running smoothly and securely. We're hiring an IT Support Specialist to be the friendly, hands-on first point of contact for staff across our office locations. This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path - you'll learn a modern Microsoft cloud environment hands-on, working directly alongside our IT Manager.
What you'll do
- Be the first responder for employee IT requests - triage, resolve, and document support tickets
- Travel regularly between our office locations to provide hands-on, on-site support (mileage reimbursed)
- Set up, image, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires; reclaim and process returned equipment
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Windows 11, and our virtual desktop environment
- Help employees with printing, mobile email, and multi-factor authentication enrollment
- Use common AI-assisted tools to draft documentation, research solutions, and work more efficiently
- Maintain our hardware/asset inventory and write clear how-to guides for staff
- Provide on-site support for conference rooms and office technology
- Escalate complex issues with good notes, and learn from how they're resolved
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Desktop administration?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * A genuine interest in IT and helping people - strong communication and a customer-service mindset
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle - this role requires regular travel between our offices (mileage reimbursed)
- Basic familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 / Office apps
- Curiosity about and comfort with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and a desire to use them to work smarter
- Comfortable troubleshooting common hardware, printer, and connectivity issues
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information responsibly
- Associate degree (2-year) in IT, computer science, or a related field preferred - we'll also consider a high school diploma/equivalent paired with relevant certs (A+/MS-900), coursework, or help-desk experience; we'll train the right person
Nice to have (not required)
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory, or Azure Virtual Desktop
- Any experience in a regulated or financial-services setting (we'll teach you our compliance requirements)
- Interest in scripting/automation (PowerShell) - there's room to grow here
