Job description

The Testing Coordinator supports the Purchasing team by managing product testing processes from initiation through completion. This role ensures timely communication with internal teams and overseas suppliers, coordination with third-party labs, and accurate tracking and reporting of test results to support product compliance and quality standards., * Coordinate daily communication with Product Development, Sales, and overseas suppliers regarding testing requirements and timelines

  • Prepare and submit all required documentation to initiate product testing with third-party laboratories
  • Manage communication between factories and testing labs, including routing and tracking of samples
  • Receive, log, and distribute pre-production and production samples to appropriate internal teams
  • Track testing status, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Compile, log, and report test results to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify failed or pending results and follow up with necessary corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, * 3 years of experience in product testing coordination, quality assurance, sourcing, or purchasing support (consumer products preferred)

  • Experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly in China
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong data tracking and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with product testing processes, compliance requirements, and third-party labs preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
