Job description
The Technical Systems Analyst provides advanced technical support for enterprise operating systems, middleware platforms, databases, communications software, and mainframe environments. The role ensures system stability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and systems administration activities., * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade enterprise system software.
- Support mainframe operating environments including VM, VSE/ESA, CICS, and VTAM.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communications-related issues.
- Support database management systems and middleware platforms.
- Perform system capacity planning and resource utilization analysis.
- Implement software patches, upgrades, and maintenance releases.
- Develop and maintain technical procedures and operational documentation.
- Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and database teams to resolve issues.

Requirements
