Job description

AS A MICROCOMPUTER ASSOCIATE, you will assist the various departments of the health system in meeting the needs of end-users and performs specific functions in the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware on the network.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Peripheral setup?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Two years of college in a Human Services Field required
  • One year previous experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
  • Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances
  • Able to obtain Basic Life Support certification
  • Associate of Science degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a closely related field required
  • Valid PA drivers license required
  • Thorough knowledge of microcomputers and printers. A+, Network+ certification to validate knowledge and competency within 1 year required
  • One year prior experience working in healthcare preferred
