Job description
We are seeking a ServiceNow SIAM Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow development and Service Integration & Management (SIAM) environments. The candidate will develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions that enable seamless service delivery, vendor integration, ITSM processes, and operational governance across multiple service providers., * Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions, workflows, and integrations.
- Support SIAM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and SLA Management.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Performance Analytics.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party tools and service providers.
- Create dashboards and reports for service performance, vendor governance, and operational metrics.
- Support CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- ITSM
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Service Catalog
- CMDB
- Integration Hub
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience supporting SIAM or multi-vendor service delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- SIAM Foundation certification.
- Experience with ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
