Job description
As a Front End Developer in our Digital Marketing group, you will be the bridge between creative design and technical implementation. You will build high performance, accessible, and scalable web experiences that serve millions of users globally. You will work within a cross functional team of UX designers, AEM backend engineers, and product marketers to transform UX designs into high-quality seamless digital experiences., * Translate UX designs to dynamic and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript(ES6+) to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Develop responsive, mobile-first web pages using modern responsive design frameworks to deliver seamless experiences across multiple devices and browsers.
- Work with the UX designers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation and ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services and RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and application functionality.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use to ensure consistency.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG), and on-page SEO, ensuring high performance and seamless cross-device experiences.
- Partner with UX, backend, QA, and creative teams to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into functional and visually accurate web interfaces.
- Identify and resolve front-end issues through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring tools.
- Implement best practices in front-end architecture and development.
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BS/MS in Computer Science, Design, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Adobe Experience Manager.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and Responsive design frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system.
- Ability to take visual UX designs (e.g., Figma, Zeplin) and convert them into semantic and standard compliant web properties.
- Solid experience in consuming RESTful APIs from the client-side.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques, on-page SEO and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and continuous integration tools.
- Experience collaborating with distributed global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills., * Previous experience in a B2B Tech or Cybersecurity environment.
