Job description
The IT Network and Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our end client's networks. Ensuring client satisfaction and quieting their networks are essential in this position., The IT Network and Systems Administrator position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client's networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware.
Requirements

- Experience with Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 , 2022 * 2025 Server
- Installing, troubleshooting and managing Microsoft products (Windows10/11, Office 2016/2019)
- Experience with Linux and Apple/Macs is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 / 365 Tenant / Azure / Entra
- Experience troubleshooting email related issues
- Experience deploying images through imaging tools
- Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
- Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
- Intermediate knowledge in routers, layer 2/3 switches, and other networking devices.
- Troubleshooting LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems
- Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures
- Network cabling and troubleshooting
- Other duties may be added as defined., * 2+ years' experience in computer network management or 1 years' MSP experience
- Experience in managing end client networks
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills
- Must have strong documentation skills
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver
Preferred one of the following Certifications:
- Comptia A+/Server+/Network+
- Microsoft MCP/MCA
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE
- VMWare VCP-7/8
- Cisco CCENT/CCST/CCNA
Experience:
- IT Helpdesk Support: 2 years (Required)
- LAN/WAN: 2 years (Required)
- Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server: 2 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Apple (Mac): 1 years (Plus)
- Linux (Plus)
