Job description

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
  • Support and troubleshoot Epicor ERP across multiple departments
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions
  • Assist with reports, dashboards, BAQs, data integrity, and system improvements
  • Support shop floor technology, barcode scanners, manufacturing terminals, and production workstations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Are you an IT professional with Epicor ERP experience looking to make an impact in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a hands-on IT and Epicor Support Technician to support end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and help optimize ERP operations in a fast-paced production setting., * 2+ years of IT support experience in a business or manufacturing environment

  • Hands-on experience supporting Epicor ERP
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and PC hardware
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
