Job description
Build and maintain trust in Sanford being an industry leader in service and technology, while utilizing communication, training and problem-solving skills to meet the technology needs of our guests and employees. Requires general networking, unified communications, and technology systems support and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the technology field. Approach customers with knowledge, empathy, tech-savviness and happiness that provides an experience second to none. Duties to include: consistent interaction with our customers (team members, patients, families and other guests of Sanford, troubleshoot company owned and personal devices, replace company owned devices when necessary, and help customers with best practices and productivity tips. the organization to meet the needs of customers, Position requires on-site support in multiple clinical and non-clinical departments and facilities including patient rooms, emergency department, and other patient care areas.
Technical knowledge includes support of technology devices or software packages that are unique to an individual or a department's needs, while also maintaining Sanford technology standards. Must learn and maintain specific hardware/software knowledge. Knowledge of the configuration and maintenance of personal computers and related operating systems and applications. Ability to work with multiple departments and facilities in providing necessary support and installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software standards.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and communicate. Must be knowledgeable in the latest mobile and end-user computing technologies. Assist in training and educating customers. Build lasting relationships with customers, and understand their situations, needs, work styles, challenges and satisfiers. Must have a motivation to learn, an aptitude for acquiring new skills, & be personally accountable.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in computer related field preferred.
Valid Driver's License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
