Job description

American Express Global Servicing Technology is looking for a highly skilled PEGA Cloud Migration Expert to lead modernization and migration of enterprise-scale Case Management applications to Pega Cloud. The platform supports critical servicing operations including fraud, disputes, customer servicing, and payment workflows. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on expertise in Pega architecture, Pega Cloud

migration, platform upgrades, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration frameworks within large- scale financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end migration of PEGA applications from on-prem/self-managed environments to Pega Cloud. Drive PEGA platform modernization, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives. Design scalable, secure, and resilient PEGA solutions for enterprise case management platforms. Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps best practices. Optimize system performance, stability, monitoring, and production support processes. Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams. Support API and event-driven integrations across servicing platforms. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in PEGA development and architecture. Strong hands-on experience with: o Pega Cloud Migration o Pega Infinity / PRPC o Enterprise Case Management o PEGA platform upgrades o PEGA deployment architecture Expertise in: o BPM workflows

o REST/SOAP APIs o Kafka/Messaging integrations o CI/CD and DevSecOps o Performance tuning and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of: o Kubernetes o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) o Oracle/PostgreSQL o Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD Experience in financial services, cards & payments, fraud/dispute servicing preferred. Preferred Certifications PEGA CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) Strongly Preferred PEGA CSSA / CSA PEGA Cloud Certification Tools & Technologies PEGA: Pega Infinity, Pega Cloud, Case Management, PEGA APIs, Deployment Manager Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Integration: REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, JSON/XML, Microservices Database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps Preferred Background Enterprise PEGA implementations in high-volume servicing environments Experience in customer servicing, fraud, disputes, and payment operations Exposure to highly regulated financial services environments like American Express
