Job description

The Senior Website Coordinator will play a key role in leading the management, optimization, and growth of the company's eCommerce and corporate web properties. This role is responsible for ensuring our websites deliver an exceptional user experience, support business objectives, and drive online performance.

This role combines strong Shopify expertise, UI/UX knowledge, eCommerce experience, and graphic design capabilities. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross functional teams to execute website initiatives, improve customer journeys, manage digital projects, and maintain brand consistency across all online experiences., The Senior Website Coordinator will be expected to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes in the following areas:

Website Management & Optimization

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of company websites.

  2. Maintain website content, product catalogs, landing pages, promotions, and navigation structures.

  3. Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for usability, functionality, and conversion improvements.

  4. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with developers and third-party vendors.

  5. Ensure websites remain secure, optimized, and aligned with current industry best practices.

Shopify & eCommerce Management

  1. Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Shopify.

  2. Manage products, collections, promotions, merchandising, and customer-facing website experiences.

  3. Oversee Shopify app integrations and identify new technologies that improve functionality and customer experience.

  4. Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

  5. Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies to improve online sales performance

UI/UX & Customer Experience

  1. Lead efforts to improve website usability, customer journeys, and overall user experience.

  2. Analyze customer behavior and website data to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.

  3. Develop recommendations for site architecture, navigation, page layouts, and conversion pathways.

  4. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create seamless digital experiences that align with customer expectations.

Graphic Design & Creative Support

  1. Create and update website graphics, promotional banners, landing page assets, and digital creative as needed.

  2. Ensure all website creative aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.

  3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling digital experiences.

  4. Support the production of web-ready assets and graphics for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Website Development & Digital Projects

  1. Coordinate website enhancements, feature implementations, and development projects from planning through launch.

  2. Assist with gathering requirements, testing functionality, quality assurance, and deployment.

  3. Manage relationships with external developers, agencies, and technology partners.

  4. Support custom functionality, app development initiatives, and website integrations.

  5. Experience with app development, app management, or digital product development is highly desirable

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Track and report on key website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.

  2. Utilize Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.

  3. Support SEO initiatives and collaborate with marketing teams to improve organic search performance.

  4. Recommend ongoing improvements based on performance data and customer behavior.

This position supports both strategic initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations. It offers creative freedom, professional development opportunities and the ability to make a direct impact on the growth and evolution of the brand.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience managing eCommerce websites.

  • Advanced Shopify experience, including product management, app integrations, and website administration.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and customer experience optimization.

  • Experience managing website projects and coordinating with developers and designers.

  • Graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website functionality.

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and website reporting.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing/project management tools.

  • Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and willingness to take initiative.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Shopify Plus experience.

  • Experience with app development, web applications, or custom digital tools.

  • Familiarity with APIs, automation platforms, and third-party integrations.

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

  • Knowledge of SEO and technical SEO best practices.

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms.

  • Experience managing relationships with outside developers, agencies, and technology vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience working with digital platforms, social media scheduling tools, and marketing software.

  • Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Asana, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus., * managing eCommerce website: 5 years (Required)
