Job description
We are seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing Homes By WestBay Sales & Marketing team. The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for maintaining all internet-generated leads, assisting potential homebuyers in the new home search, and acting as a brand ambassador. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and works alongside the sales and marketing teams to deliver our mission of an exceptional home buying experience., * Guide potential homebuyers through the sales process, pre-qualifying them with the goal of scheduling an appointment with an on-site Sales Consultant at one of our model homes and communities.
- Maintain strong understanding of the company's process, product, community, and incentive offerings at all times.
- Provide a positive online experience for all incoming inquiries and leads through excellent customer service, following up as needed.
- Respond to all internet leads via email, phone calls, and live chat with a goal of responding within the hour and no later than 24 hours.
- Create and maintain VIP and interest lists, nurturing leads until hand off to on-site Sales Consultant (via scheduled model tour / visit)
- Adhere to the lead management and CRM processes.
- Attend company sales meetings, training programs, and events as needed.
- Non-traditional work week: weekends and/or evenings may be required at Homes by WestBay's discretion (position will have regularly scheduled days off and working hours)
- Primarily work-from-home, but must be local to attend company meetings and events as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Practicing real estate?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to summarize information articulately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities independently
- Must have strong computer proficiency
- Proven ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Adhere to the given work rules and procedures, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality to daily work schedule
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Florida real estate license, as required by the state (or must be willing to obtain within 90 days of start date)
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Previous real estate experience a plus
