NET Developer (Legacy Modernization - Angular / Access Migration)

We are seeking a hands-on .NET Developer to support a large-scale public-sector modernization initiative focused on transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable solutions. The role involves migrating Microsoft Access-based systems to modern .NET (C#) and Power Platform architectures, while enhancing and maintaining enterprise web applications built with Angular and ASP.NET Core., · Modernize and migrate Microsoft Access applications and databases to .NET-based solutions · Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# / ASP.NET Core · Build responsive front-end components using Angular (recent versions preferred) · Support integration between legacy systems and modern platforms via APIs and services · Work on database design, migration, and optimization (SQL Server preferred) · Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams in an SDLC environment · Participate in system enhancements, production support, and defect resolution · Contribute to documentation and technical design for modernization initiatives

This position requires strong technical expertise in both legacy systems and modern Microsoft technologies, along with experience working in structured SDLC environments., · Strong experience in C# / ASP.NET / .NET Core · Hands-on experience with Angular (recent versions preferred) · Experience working with or migrating Microsoft Access databases/applications · Background in legacy system modernization or re-engineering projects · Strong understanding of SQL databases (preferably SQL Server) · Experience working in structured SDLC / Agile environments Preferred Skills · Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) · Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration · Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
