Job description

This individual will be responsible for leading engineering initiatives with a strong focus on healthcare solutions, product launches, and technical direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an Engineer manager
  • Strong Healthcare experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Salesleads management and opportunity management)
  • Hands-on experience with Einstein and Agentforce
  • Proven background enabling roadmaps, providing guidance on approach, understanding the technical direction, and providing support
  • Hands-on experience connecting Snowflake to eCRM Pipelines
  • Support the federation
  • Launching products from scratch, roadmaking, build out, technical depth on technical depth
