Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and empathetic Product Designer to craft intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning user experiences for the InvestGlass platform. Financial software is notoriously complex, and your mission will be to simplify these workflows, making our CRM and portfolio management tools a joy to use. You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from conducting user research and gathering requirements to creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with developers on implementation. You will help shape the visual identity of our product and ensure a consistent, premium experience across all modules and client portals., * Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and directly from client feedback.

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate complex interaction models clearly.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, and complex data tables, adhering to our design system.
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look, testing them with internal teams and users.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations) and maintain a cohesive style guide and component library.

Do you have experience in UI?, * 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your choices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to effectively communicate with front-end developers and understand technical constraints.
