Job description

  • Analyze and refine customer requirements
  • Design intuitive UX concepts in close collaboration with customers
  • Implement dialog flows across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate language rollouts across markets
  • Test and evaluate dialog behavior and performance
  • Conduct UX validation to ensure high-quality user experiences, All prospective and current Employees need to remain vigilant when it comes to executing security policies in the workplace. This includes:

Following workplace security protocols and training programs to familiarize with the ways to maintain a safe workplace.

  • Following security procedures to report any suspicious activity.
  • Having respect for corporate security procedures to allow those procedures to be effective.

  • Encouraging to follow a zero tolerance for workplace violence.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, * Ideally 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong programming skills (e.g. TypeScript, C/C++, Java, XML)
  • Experience in UX design and UX validation
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Team-oriented, collaborative mindset

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with speech user interfaces is a strong advantage
  • Experience in graphical design and with VoicePlate is a strong advantage
  • Experience in embedded systems development
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  • Additional language skills are a plus

Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Systems, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
