IT Support

As an IT Support at Shalion, you are expected to:

• Provide support with hardware for equipment, meeting rooms, and network hardware.
• Provide support with Windows and MacOS software (user support).
• Create and maintain an updated inventory of company assets locally.
• Provide support with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other tools used by the company.
• Support tasks for ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance, involving security and personnel training.
• Manage IT equipment policies and general IT administration.
• Office network management (including configuration of the second line, the business one).
• Support and manage other offices/business tools, and software.
• Identify and propose areas to maximize user experience and productivity in the working environment

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Experience with Microsoft Admin console and Google Workspace.

• Single sign-on integrations
• Domain creation and management
• Technical documentation in our wiki in Notion
• English proficiency (as multiple employees in the company are international).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks

Ideally, you will also have:

• Basic experience with cloud providers (AWS)
• Basic experience with IaC
