Job description
As part of a highly skilled international engineering team, you'll contribute directly to the evolution of a modern Digital Experience Platform (DXP) used by organizations across Europe and North America. You'll have the opportunity to:

Design and develop core platform features and cloud services

Contribute to the evolution of our cloud orchestration architecture

Build scalable APIs using GraphQL and REST

Drive technical design discussions and architectural decisions

Improve platform reliability, performance, and maintainability

Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Architecture teams

Resolve complex production challenges in large-scale environments

Requirements
You are an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with talented teammates. MUST_HAVE SKILLS 8+ years of experience in software engineering Strong expertise in Java and backend development Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript Experience with React or similar component-based frameworks Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps culture Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Fluent professional English NICE TO HAVE Experience with modular architectures (OSGi or similar) Open-source contributions Experience operating large-scale SaaS or PaaS platforms Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) or CMS ecosystems
