Job description
To support the delivery, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) improvement programme and Optimised Retrofit Programme (ORP) across the organisation's housing stock.
The postholder will work closely with the property team, contractors, and tenants to ensure efficient delivery of works, strong data accuracy, and compliance with organisational and Welsh Government requirements., * Assist in the coordination and day-to-day administration of ORP projects.

Support the preparation and submission of application forms, eligible cost sheets, and scheme detail documents as required under ORP guidance.

Help ensure all activities align with WHQS Part 3 and ORP requirements (e.g., TEPs, PAS 2035, monitoring requirements).

ORP - support data collection for:

Property Details Review Sheets
-
Mid-year and end-of-year Requirement 4 monitoring

Annual reporting against WHQS * Grant Output Forms (ORP)

Update asset management systems (e.g. Asprey) with survey results, works progress, and completion data.

Assist in gathering and verifying evidence of defrayment, invoices, certificates, and outputs for grant claims.

Ensure environmental and energy monitoring data from suppliers is collated and shared with relevant teams.

Track installation of Environmental and Energy Monitors and monitor portal.

Support data gathering for Trustmark lodgement.

Support the collection, validation, and analysis of stock condition and compliance data relating to WHQS.

Assist in ensuring compliance with WHQS, WHQS 2023, Decarbonisation targets, and related regulations.

Provide administrative support to tenant consultations and engagement activities.

Liaising with tenants and other departments in gaining access to complete stock condition surveys.

Assist in preparing tenant literature on smart technology installation e.g solar panels, environmental sensor
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project coordination?, Relevant Experience:
Essential - GCSEs or equivalent including Maths & English.
Essential - Strong IT literacy (Microsoft 365, databases, spreadsheets).
Desirable - Knowledge of WHQS, WHQS2023 & ORP
Essential- Experience in administration, coordination, or project support.
Essential - Working with databases or asset management systems.
Essential - Handling customer enquiries and stakeholder communication.
Desirable - Experience in social housing, property services, asset management, or compliance
