Job description
We have built powerful, stable, enterprise-level back-end systems that handle our core operations. We are looking for a Web Application Developer who wants to take ownership of the front-end experience, UX/UI layout, and human factors of our software.
You will be working on a small, tight-knit development team alongside business stakeholders and executive leadership. Flexibility, adaptability, and a relentless willingness to learn are absolute musts. This is not a role for "busy work"-you will be expected to contribute directly to our applications, solve complex visual and technical problems, and see the immediate real-world results of your work from day one.

We maintain a highly productive but relaxed and fun atmosphere, complete with team cookouts and happy hours., * Front-End Ownership: Design, develop, and optimize intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for multiple internal and external applications.
- Human Factors Integration: Turn complex workflows into clean, simple, and responsive layouts that minimize user friction.
- Full-Cycle Development: Collaborate directly with the team to debug existing features, build new front-end components, and connect them with our existing systems.
- Continuous Learning: Learn and adapt to our existing tech stack (predominantly Ruby on Rails, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) while bringing fresh design perspectives to the table.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Portfolio of Prior Work: Show us a sample of prior work and problems you solved. Not just brand re-designs, but usable interfaces and function.
- Design-First Mindset: Demonstrable knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design layouts. You care deeply about typography, padding, color theory, and how users interact with software.
- Problem Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency. We can train you on specific frameworks, but we need a self-starter who actively seeks challenges and takes extreme pride in their work.
- Education: Completion of a 4-year degree with a relevant major in Computer Science, Design, or others.
